While we strive to exceed customer expectations with every purchase, we recognize that there may be instances where a product does not fully meet your satisfaction. To ensure transparency and a seamless resolution process, we request that you review our Return and Exchange Policy outlined below.
📦 Exchange Eligibility
- We offer exchange only, not refunds.
- If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, it is eligible for exchange.
- To qualify, you must share an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged product as it is opened (starting from the sealed package).
- Exchanges are applicable only for manufacturing defects or in-transit damages.
🎥 Important: Unboxing Video Required
The unboxing video is mandatory and must:
- Start from the unopened package
- Be clear and unedited
- Clearly show the damage or defect
- Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to accept the exchange request.
⏳ Time Frame
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Email your unboxing video and concern to himavicreation24@gmail.com along with your order number.
💳 No Cash Refunds
- We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.
- If an exchange is not possible (e.g., product out of stock), we will issue a store credit/coupon code of the same value, valid for future purchases.
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that have been worn, damaged due to misuse, or altered in any way
- Customised or personalized jewellery
- Items returned without an unboxing video or after the 48-hour window
📬 Shipping for Exchange
In case of an approved exchange, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back.
